Note:

• Send us your orders once you have confirmed on the items you are purchasing. Order made without payment will not
  be entertained. Full payment must be made within 48 hours from receipt date of our email confirmation to you.

• All prices are fixed and stated in Singapore dollars (SGD), exclusive of local delivery charges. 

• Shipping takes about 3-4 weeks to complete. Please do not submit your orders if you cannot wait for 3-4 weeks.

• Please double check your items, make sure they are the correct size, colour and URL before sending us the orders.
  Koreanthings will not be responsible for any issues such as incorrect in size, colour and the quality of the items.

• You are not allowed to cancel your items or orders once we had confirmed your order as we might be in the midst
  of processing your order. However, refund will only be made for OOS (Out of Stock) item.

• Please take not that free gifts are subject to stock availability. We will still give free gifts with the same value to our
  customers who purchase the required amount. 

• We do give samples to customers who have purchased from us however depends on the availability of samples.

• Spree-ers must take time off to collect spree purchase or opt for registered mail. All sprees should be collected
  within 2 weeks from date of arrival. If item not collected between 1 month, we will confiscate the item.  

• All products will be bubbly wrapped and will be checked to ensure they are in good conditions before mailing out. 

• We will not be liable for any damages found after items are being mailed out.

• Please take note that sometimes boxes would be dented through shipment. Place an order only if you don't
  mind about it.

• We shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail regardless of delivery by Normal/Registered mail. We strongly
  recommend customers to use Registered mail.

• All items sold are Non-exchangeable, Non-returnable & Non-Refundable.

• We reserve the rights to add, modify or delete any price, product, service or new item referred to this page without
  prior notice.

• We reserve the rights to refuse or cancel any orders at our sole discretion.  All refunds would be made promptly
  upon cancellation made by Koreanthings.

• For safety purposes, if you have allergic skin please do a patch test before using the products you have not used
  before. Stop using the products if skin irritation occurs. We shall not be held responsible for any skin irritation
  occurring from using the products, for serious conditions please consult a doctor immediately. Use the products
  at your own risk.

• For request items, sometimes items may not turn out to be the way it seen in the pictures, Koreanthings will not be
  responsible for all these differences.
